A Journey of Taste and Success
Our restaurant Fat George first opened its doors in May 2021. From the very beginning, we have been dedicated to the highest quality, attention to detail, and true perfectionism. In 2023, we were honored with one Gault Millau toque and one Falstaff fork, marking an important milestone in our journey. Managing director Stefan Krennmayer and head chef Christopher Haas have been working hand in hand since day one – and that strong partnership is the key to our success.
